2. Data we process
When you use the platform we may process your name, email address, optional company, selected language, chosen course, module progress, answers to module knowledge checks, completion date, payment reference, issuance status and certificate verification code. Web systems also process technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP address, user agent, server logs and session cookies.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to deliver the requested course, maintain your session, record progress, evaluate module knowledge checks, create completion records, manage payment verification, send operational messages and enable certificate verification. Technical logs may also be processed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service protection. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of the requested service, legal obligations and legitimate interests in platform security and integrity.
4. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and preserve verifiability of issued records, plus any period required by applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud or legal obligations. Technical logs may be retained for shorter periods appropriate to security and maintenance. Deletion requests are assessed against applicable obligations and the integrity of already-issued records.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data may be accessible to authorized personnel and technical providers required for website hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. Public verification displays only information required to confirm the authenticity and status of an issued certificate.

We use technical and organizational measures proportionate to the service, including HTTPS transport, separation of private configuration from public web access, HTTP-only sessions, CSRF protection for sensitive actions and server-side validation of module knowledge checks. No Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.
