When you use the platform we may process your name, email address, optional company, selected language, chosen course, module progress, answers to module knowledge checks, completion date, payment reference, issuance status and certificate verification code. Web systems also process technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP address, user agent, server logs and session cookies.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to deliver the requested course, maintain your session, record progress, evaluate module knowledge checks, issue the professional training completion certificate and preserve its completion record, manage payment verification, send operational messages and allow verification by code. Technical logs may also be processed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and service protection. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of the requested service, legal obligations and legitimate interests in platform security and integrity.
4. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and preserve verifiability of issued records, plus any period required by applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud or legal obligations. Technical logs may be retained for shorter periods appropriate to security and maintenance. Deletion requests are assessed against applicable obligations and the integrity of already-issued records.

Data may be accessible to authorized personnel and technical providers required for website hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. Public verification displays only information required to confirm the authenticity and status of an issued certificate.

No Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.
