1. Service
CertifyHub is a digital learning service operated by CertifyHub LLC. Courses include study material, progressive modules and short knowledge checks integrated into the modules. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, particularly the name and email attached to completion records.
2. Knowledge checks and completion
Course completion requires the learning activities and module knowledge checks defined for the selected learning path. Applicable completion criteria are shown to the learner before purchase and during the learning experience. CertifyHub may update questions and materials without retroactively changing records already issued.
3. Validated certificates
CertifyHub courses are delivered under an officially accredited professional training framework. Issued certificates validate completion of the named learning path and are associated with a CertifyHub verification record.
4. Payment and access
Any price and purchase conditions are presented before the learner makes a payment. Bank transfers are verified before the purchased service continues. The certificate is generated only after the learning requirements have been completed, then made available online and sent to the participant email address. Any mandatory refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access knowledge-check answer keys, administrative areas, private configuration or another user’s data; interfere with the service; automate abusive requests; use false identities; alter certificates or verification codes; or represent a certificate misleadingly beyond its actual scope.
6. Intellectual property
Course texts, instructional structure, knowledge checks, graphics, trademarks, software and other CertifyHub content are protected under applicable law and remain the property of their respective owners. Course access grants a personal, limited right of use and does not authorize republication, resale, systematic copying or distribution.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, outages and technical issues may occur. To the extent permitted by law, CertifyHub does not guarantee that completing a course will result in employment, promotion, regulatory compliance or acceptance by a specific employer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
